It’s a rehearsal not a pub crawl – honest!

On a freezing Sunday morning in January, only the most dedicated actors would queue to get into the Wards Freehouse for a quick run-through and some publicity shots. Essential practice for our opening night at the end of August.

Real-life landlady Lisa was kind enough to greet us at 9am so we could film a set of mini-trailers for POETS Day in an authentic setting.

The Wards Freehouse is located on Lowlands Road, just behind Harrow on the Hill station and offers a warm welcome, 7 days a week.

Regular readers will have already seen the first mini-trailer – many more to follow in the build up to the big day at The Compass Theatre!

You can interact with us over on Facebook and don’t forget to follow us on Twitter.
