Barnardo’s chosen as POETS Day sole charity

POETS Day is a cautionary tale that centres on what can go wrong when a youngster doesn’t have the right support, love and influences around them from an early age. Barnardo’s has been providing practical support to vulnerable children for 150 years – so it makes the perfect charity for us to partner with.

Barnardo’s work includes counselling for children who have been abused, as well as fostering & adoption services, vocational training and disability inclusion groups.

They believe in the potential of every child and young person – no matter who they are, what they have done or what they have been through.

We’re proud to announce that 100% of the net profits from the sale of tickets for POETS Day will go to Barnardo’s to help them carry on their vital work.

POETS Day runs from 31st August 2016 to 3rd September 2016 and you can buy tickets from the Compass Theatre in Ickenham using this link.

You can also find our more about the play using this link and don’t forget to let us know what you think over on Facebook.
